City pilot · Cities Deliver
Better help for your residents.Mostly funded by the grant. Nearly all the work is ours.
PollyCity is applying to RF Catalytic Capital's Cities Deliver open call to bring friendly, multilingual AI assistants to city services. We'd love your city as a partner, and all it takes today is one short letter.
- Non-binding
- About 3 minutes
- Time-sensitive

What your city gets
A modern front door to city services, built with you.
The pilot focuses on the services you choose, and measures what actually improves for residents.
Mostly funded by the grant
If selected, Cities Deliver funds most of the work from May 2027 through April 2029, easing the load on your budget.
Help in every resident’s language
Friendly AI assistants answer service questions in the languages residents speak at home.
A first response at any hour
Residents get guidance on routine questions outside office hours, where the city approves it.
Built around your priorities
You choose the service areas and goals. We shape the pilot around the problems your residents face.
Your staff stays in charge
Answers come from official city information, with a clear handoff to people for complex cases.
Results you can show
Agreed measures like task completion, referral success and accessibility, reported back to your team.
What it takes
Your part fits on a sticky note. Ours fills the project.
